The Hunza Music Blog is an independent place to share and discuss the music and artists from Hunza Valley, one of the districts of Gilgit-Baltistan bordering with China. The blog was started in July 2017, with an intention to create awareness and discuss the various genres of music in Hunza region.

From one of the recent musical events hosted by Sultan Ali at O2 The Oxygen Lounge Islamabad. That's me at the extreme left among music lovers, folk artists and members of Hunza Classical Group.

About me

My name is Imran Ahmed Hunzai and I was born and raise in Hunza valley. I'm a music enthusiast and frequently participate in musical events in Hunza and Islamabad. I am based out of Islamabad since 2007 currently working as a Digital Media Executive at Centangle Interactive.
